The hotel was located within walking distance to Pratunam market, Ratchaprarop station, and Centralworld with easy access from the airport. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was clean with city views, a big TV, fridge, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes, towels, shampoo and soap. The hotel had a cafe kiosk by reception serving fantastic coffee as well as a pool and pantry with kitchen utensils, microwave, free water biscuits and noodles. Laundry service cost THB170 for wash + dry + fold + delivery which was convenient.
