Friendly and professional staff were there, the room was clean with comfortable beds and sheets, the location was near Indra and Pratunam market with a shortcut through Baiyoke parking that made it easy to reach markets within minutes, the hotel had secure access requiring a key for the lift, and baggage storage was free when leaving for Pattaya.
