The hotel maintained strict cleanliness standards and featured friendly staff. The location was close to Indra Square, offering many Indian food options, and within a 10-minute walk to Pratunam area with street markets and malls nearby. Rooms included comfortable beds and hot water, while the lobby provided 24-hour access to an automatic coffee machine, microwave, and biscuits. Immediate repairs were made when issues arose, such as a balcony door not staying closed. An excellent laundrette across the street offered delivery service to the hotel.
