The hotel offered spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with Scandinavian-style furnishings and a large wardrobe. It was conveniently connected to a shopping mall featuring stores like Uniqlo and Muji, as well as direct sheltered access to the Sam Yan MRT station. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing clear instructions for local travel. A coffee station in the lobby was included with the room rate. The shower and toilet were located in separate cubicles within the bathroom.
