Friendly and helpful staff, especially Dream, Cookie, and Fern were lovely and knowledgeable about the city. Bathrooms, rooms, common areas were clean with a fully equipped kitchen and a cafe open till 8pm, curtains were added to each bed for privacy. The location was close to the metro station, shopping mall, night and day markets, Chinatown, and 7-Eleven within a two-minute walk.
