Great location about a 5-minute walk from Khao San Road and a 10-minute walk to the nearest fast boat pier, with free tea and coffee available downstairs where there was also good WiFi. The host was very nice and helpful, leaving a key for late check-in and allowing early check-in for 200 baht. The room had air conditioning that worked well, was larger than expected with a private bathroom, free bottles of water at check-in, but the beds were uncomfortable and some pillows were decorative cushions, cracks in doors or walls were stuffed with toilet roll or masking tape. Laundry service cost 40 baht per kilogram, an eatery nearby was always filled by foreigners, and bags could be left while waiting for flights.
