The hotel was next to Central Ladprao Mall and a nearby train station, which made it easy to get around. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful with early check-in and luggage storage without additional fees. The room was clean and comfortable with prompt room service. The rooftop pool area and buffet breakfast were available along with many food options in the restaurants nearby.
