The owners were super nice and friendly, with Mel at reception helping with recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, and transport information while speaking excellent English. The room was clean, spacious, bright with a nice view of the canal or river, had a comfortable bed, hot shower with good water pressure, working AC without noise but no fridge inside, however, food could be stored in the reception fridge and warmed in the microwave. Bottled water was provided daily. The location was practical and superb for shopping and markets near a city river boat stop as well as close to Sangmorakot gym about 6 minutes away by walk.
