The hotel featured a direct connection to Asok BTS station and Terminal 21, providing easy access via the lobby. Rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet at night. Staff demonstrated consistent helpfulness and friendliness throughout the stay. The location offered convenient transport options including lifts from the ground floor for cars or taxis. A rooftop bar with river views added to the tranquil atmosphere in the city center.
