We had such a great time staying in the King Suite with balcony access. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the private onsen with its fresh aroma and adjustable temperature felt amazing on our skin. We loved the tatami beds-they helped us sleep better than usual-and the option for in-room massage was a nice touch, plus the Japanese breakfast was so filling and authentic we didn’t need to eat for hours.
