Friendly and attentive staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious with enough storage, a balcony, and an exceptional bathroom with a great shower. The hotel had a lovely pool and was well located near BTS Bang Chak within walking distance to local night markets and restaurants in the area. Early check-in at 11:30 was allowed instead of 2 pm.
