The hotel was located next to Huai Khwang MRT station with easy access to the airport and city. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and had comfortable beds but no windows to see outside. Breakfast had a wide variety of meals though some items like bacon and sausages were missing or cold. A currency exchange machine dispenser was in the lobby and a café was available there as well.
