The hotel was located right in the middle of Chinatown, close to Wat Mangkon MRT station and many attractions within walking distance. The staff were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, providing effective assistance when questioned. The rooftop pool area featured comfortable seating and offered a quiet retreat despite the night market nearby. Rooms were clean with good water pressure in the shower.
