The hostel featured a clean, quiet environment with comfortable beds and strong air conditioning. The location was excellent, close to Chinatown, the riverside, and public transport options like boats and buses. Staff were friendly, polite, and responsive to requests while speaking English. Rooms included useful amenities such as reading lamps, lockers, electrical sockets, and privacy curtains. Nearby convenience stores and a ferry terminal added to the overall convenience of the stay.
