The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, with particular mention of Marton from the Philippines. The hotel provided a small fridge in the lobby stocked with cold water for guests’ convenience. Rooms were clean and comfortable, complemented by free bottled water. The location was excellent, close to IconSiam shopping mall and a 7-Eleven just downstairs. The hotel maintained a fresh, non-smoking environment throughout.
