The hostel provided very clean and comfortable beds with proper duvets and pillows. The location was convenient for the Pinklao area and Southern Bus Station, close to a local market and a 7/11 supermarket. Staff were friendly, helpful, and assisted with local guidance as well as mailing forgotten items promptly. Facilities included a coffee bar downstairs serving good Western-style coffee and Thai tea. Dorm rooms featured large beds with curtains, lockers, electronic access chips, air conditioning, towels available for rent, an iron, and dryer use.
