Located just a 3-minute walk from St Louis BTS station, the hotel offered a quiet retreat close to many restaurants and the British embassy. The staff were well trained and exceptionally friendly, greeting guests consistently. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds, while breakfast featured outstanding main dishes. A small gym was available, and a shop selling unique local artisanal products added charm to the atmosphere.
