The location was within walking distance to Rajamanggala Stadium and close to the main road and MRT station. The room featured a separate shower and toilet, allowing quick preparation. A common fridge stocked with water bottles was available in the hallway. The property included an elevator for upper floor access and offered a large kitchen with interesting antique decor. Nearby amenities comprised a huge night market, shopping center, mini mart, and barbershops.
