The hotel featured a peaceful garden setting with no high-rise buildings, creating a calm oasis in central Bangkok. The rooms were spacious and clean, equipped with large bathrooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options suitable for all guests, served buffet style. Staff demonstrated professionalism and friendliness throughout the stay. A convenient tuk-tuk service connected the hotel to the nearby MRT station. Late check-out until 5 pm was available for departing guests.
