The location was great and calm with easy access to BTS and a convenience store nearby. The staff were friendly, kind, respectful, and approachable. The hostel had free use of the washing machine and refrigerator while the coffee shop gave guest discounts. The dorm room was cramped with insufficient space for luggage and bright bedside lamps that lit up the entire room.
