Friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle service to BITEC and Bang Na BTS station, clean rooms with comfortable beds and air conditioning that was quickly fixed after a complaint, walking distance to BITEC with a shortcut door from the hotel, nearby 7/Eleven and good food markets at Udomsuk and Samrong areas.
