The location was great, just a block from Sukhumvit Rd, but the nearby massage places with ladies in skimpy clothing made it less ideal for younger families since you have to walk past them to get to the hotel. The staff were really good, and our 1-bedroom was spacious and comfy, plus the rooftop pool was warm and nice compared to other cold pools we tried in Thailand. Breakfast was disappointing and not worth the money since there are plenty of food options downstairs, so we skipped the buffet after the first day.
