Friendly staff, especially the reception guy who spoke English and helped with luggage since there was no elevator. Spacious rooms had soap, shampoo, towels, and toilet paper but were basic with uncomfortable beds and some maintenance needed like better lighting. The location was close to Sutthisan MRT exit 2 or 3 with several food options nearby including KFC and 7-Eleven stores. Quiet area with big windows in the rooms made it a good value for money despite some cleanliness issues.
