The location was superb, near the BTS station and Airport Rail Link with many restaurants and food stalls nearby. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and approachable, Lee at reception was especially noted for friendliness. The common room was very good for eating, working, and packing luggage while the mattress was soft yet firm for comfortable rest. Air-conditioning was strong enough to cool after exposure to heat outside. The property had daily maintenance cleaning but the shower water pressure was low and lacked shelves inside.
