Check-in was smooth and easy with friendly staff who answered quickly and were very helpful, the room had air conditioning that worked well and thick curtains blocking out light, the kitchen had a refrigerator but it was unclear if guests could use it, the bathroom was clean and rooms were cleaned daily even when only one guest stayed there, lockers were spacious for belongings, location was central near local markets, MRT station, ferry pier and flower district.
