The night shift receptionist, Football, was absolutely amazing with great personality and very fast check-in help while An An the hotel manager took time off her busy schedule to address all needs immediately and upgraded the room after a request for more space. The location was excellent with a 2-minute walk to BTS station, shopping centre, Starbucks, 7-Eleven, and food market nearby. The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly cleaners and staff who were helpful.
