Friendly and helpful staff, especially Elsa in the dining hall and the reception team, were very supportive. The room was great sized with a kitchen that had a hotplate, fridge, pot, microwave oven, washing machine, shower, bathtub and hair dryer, both living room and bedroom had their own TV. Free transportation to 7-11 and BTS station was available. The Indian food restaurant served butter chicken and garlic naan that were quite alright. The hotel was located near many restaurants and BTS Ekammai but had no swimming pool due to ongoing renovation on the first-floor lobby which looked cramped with only two dining tables.
