The hotel was perfectly located in a local area, offering an authentic Bangkok vibe away from tourist crowds. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with air conditioning, a large comfortable bed, fridge, smart TV, and microwave. Staff members were exceptionally polite, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout the stay. Additional conveniences included washing and drying machines on-site and an iced tea machine near the entrance. The night security guard provided friendly and welcoming service that enhanced the overall experience.
