Clean, cozy private room with air conditioning and a nice bathroom was quiet and cleaned every three days or on request, the owner was friendly and helpful, self check-in and check-out system was useful for late arrivals, location was close to Chinatown, Yaowarat street, metro line, 7/11, Song Wat road, about 10-15 minutes walk to main attractions.
