Great location, 2-3 minutes walk from BTS Ratchayothin with two 7-Eleven stores nearby and a mall just across the street. The room was clean without any smell, had a private bathroom, balcony on the 2nd and 3rd floors, Mitsubishi air-conditioning that was quiet and stable at night, and Stiebel Eltron water heating system for hot showers. The staff were good and allowed parking after check-out while errands were done in the city.
