Friendly staff helped with lost baggage and searched for a lost necklace, the room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated with unique bicycle-themed decor, parking space was available in front of the hotel, and the location was convenient near BTS Skytrain stations like Asoke and close to shopping malls such as EmQuartier.
