The location was excellent, situated very close to Bumrungrad Hospital which offered great convenience. Rooms were spacious with large balconies and included amenities such as a microwave oven, refrigerator, and washing sink. The bed provided comfortable rest despite some cleanliness issues reported. Staff were kind and polite throughout the stay. Some minor inconveniences included the absence of a hair dryer and lack of hand wash or toothbrush-toothpaste supplies in the room.
