The room was spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping provided. The location was very convenient, just a 10 to 15-minute walk from Impact Arena, ideal for concert attendees. Staff were friendly, kind, and accommodating throughout the stay. The area offered easy access to food options nearby. Keycard issues occurred but did not overshadow the overall comfort of the accommodation.
