Located in central Bangkok, the hotel offered a quiet and clean environment with spacious rooms. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, providing professional service throughout the stay. Facilities included a large outdoor swimming pool, a well-equipped fitness studio, and an impressive breakfast selection complemented by a chocolate hour. An upgrade to a suite was provided upon arrival.
