The location was excellent, just minutes from Pratunam market and Platinum Mall. The rooms were clean and soundproof despite proximity to the main road. Staff members were friendly, polite, and accommodating, offering services such as free luggage storage. Transportation assistance from the hotel included taxi arrangements to and from the airport. A birthday gift was provided upon request during a special occasion stay.
