Room was cleaned everyday with free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the morning. Self-service laundry was available at an affordable price within the compound and counter service helped to shift clothes to the dryer. Staff on duty was very helpful and friendly even during late arrival. The room had a functioning television that was easy to use and provided basic toiletries. Spa and massage services were nearby with varying price points clearly listed. The location was close to Lumphini Park within 200m walking distance, shops, restaurants across the road, and two train/metro stations about 25-30 minutes walk away.
