Helpful and polite staff, especially at reception, made check-in and out very fast with a warm welcome, the room was spacious with AC but soundproofing needed improvement as noises from next door were audible. The buggy service was convenient and massage facility was available while breakfast had good options though vegetarian choices were limited. The location was great, close to many vegetarian restaurants and shopping malls within walking distance.
