Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel was clean and located within walking distance to shopping areas like Siam and Big C. Tuk-tuks were easily arranged by staff, especially useful during rainy weather. Massage parlours nearby offered convenient relaxation after long walks. The receptionist maintained a good attitude, enhancing the overall experience.
