Exceptional service was provided by a highly attentive and kind staff across all departments, including reception, lounge, spa, and cleaning. The location offered convenience and stunning views from the 24th-floor lounge. Facilities such as the gym, pool, and restaurant on the second floor were excellent. Spacious rooms combined with a refined atmosphere contributed to a comfortable stay. The concierge team demonstrated remarkable efficiency in resolving an issue involving lost belongings in a taxi.
