Spacious, clean apartment had a balcony with smoking allowed and laundry on the first floor for 40 baht coin. Comfortable bed, good air conditioning and hot water were there with a refrigerator and two free bottles of water. Internet was good, elevator worked well, and security gate was reliable in a quiet local area near various shops including Seven Eleven just seconds away. Parking was available but public transport options were limited, taxi service was easy to find while bus stops were close. The sunset view from the room was unblocked and ants appeared in the bathroom once.
