The hotel was located in a prime area of Bangkok, directly connected to two shopping malls within walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds, while the staff provided attentive and friendly service throughout the stay. Breakfast offered a variety of options with an efficient system for ordering eggs, juices, and coffee. The rooftop pool featured stunning city views, a quiet atmosphere, and pleasant music. Dining experiences included delicious soups at SoulKal and excellent steak at the Fireplace restaurant.
