The hotel was close to the airport railway link and metro with Makkasan Airport Link Station only 3 minutes walk away. The staff were very attentive with Cindy at the counter being professional, helpful, and cheerful while preparing a breakfast box for early tours and personally ensuring wake-up calls were effective. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and strong shower pressure.
