The infinity pool was beautiful with a great view of the Bangkok skyline and the breakfast was hearty and rich with plenty of variety. Mr. Gabbi was very professional and kind while the staff were friendly, helpful, and gave exceptional service with big smiles. The room had a huge toilet and a Dyson-like hair dryer, the location had a bridge to BTS, and private check-in at the lounge allowed early access with 24-hour lounge availability.
