Staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful with 24-hour reception and night guard at the front door. The room was spotless, quiet, well-maintained with AC, hairdryer, comfortable bed, clean bedsheets and towels that smelled good. The hostel had a modern design with an elevator, common areas included a cozy café serving the best coffee in town and laundry facilities with washing machine, dryer, iron with desk plus vending machines for snacks and laundry items. Location was perfect in the heart of Bangkok near Khao San Road within walking distance to major temples, markets and boat piers.
