The hotel was very clean and located close to a BTS station, offering easy access to train lines. Staff were polite, friendly, and accommodating, providing good customer service throughout the stay. Breakfast was generally nice, with an option for a breakfast box when leaving early. The property was surrounded by local street food stalls and convenient shops like 7-Eleven and laundromats. Security staff were helpful and welcoming during the visit.
