Staff were very welcoming and helpful with every small issue and communication before arrival was clear and quick. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, with a nice view over the river where watching boats go by was relaxing. Breakfast in the IMM restaurant on site was very good with generous servings, and lunch and dinner had a unique spin on Thai favourites. The hotel was reached by foot through a local neighborhood about five minutes from the main road following signs, which added to the charm despite no direct vehicle access.
