The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with a microwave, fridge, ceramic dishes, cutlery, and a tea towel. The air conditioning worked well and there was also a ceiling fan. Frank was the host who was very friendly, helpful, and contactable anytime. The location had easy access to Saphan Taksin station and many local eateries nearby for cheap Thai food. Coin-operated washing machines were on the roof with plenty of drying racks available.
