Quiet location with comfy beds and private balconies was appreciated, while the staff was friendly and helpful, decorating a room for a birthday celebration. The rooftop pool was nice, laundry and shuttle services were free, and rooms had coffee machines and microwaves, however, the coffee machine in the lobby was broken. The hotel was clean but relatively old inside, located near Sukhumvit Road with BTS station about 20 minutes away on foot.
