Exceptional hospitality from Pat, who was very helpful and gave great advice on what to see around the area. The double room was clean, cozy, with a comfortable bed and spacious enough for yoga. A shared kitchen with coffee, tea, snacks, and a rooftop deck had views of Wat Arun and city skyline. The location was quiet but close to metro station Itsaraphap, 7-Eleven, restaurants including a spot for mango sticky rice across the street, laundromat next door, and walking distance to Wat Arun ferry pier.
