Friendly staff, especially the ladies on reception, were helpful and present 24/7. The shuttle was available on demand and took guests to three nearby shopping malls as well as MRT and BTS stations. The room was spacious with a huge fridge, second sink, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, balcony, secure WiFi with own router, and clean bedding and towels. A dining/coffee area on the second floor had free snacks, tea, coffee, cutleries and a microwave for relaxing or eating. The location was quiet yet close to metro stations and about 30-40 minutes from central Bangkok.
